This Custom Kit for VQ35DE expands engine displacement by enlarging bore and stroker. The bore size is 95.7mm, the stroke is 87.4mm, and then the engine displacement is 3772cc. The kit includes a billet crankshaft, forged aluminum pistons, and I-beam connecting rods.

FORGED ALUMINUM PISTON KIT
We supply many kind of piston for VQ35DE. There are C-series which was manufactured by Cosworth, and P-series which was manufactured by CP-CARRILLO. Their series have two kind of piston as low compression and high compression each.

I-BEAM CONNECTING ROD
The JUN connecting rod is made by shaving in order to pursue lightness and strength, this form has no futility. The material of a connecting rod is SCM440. If big end is transformed at the time of high rotation, a metal will burn. In order to prevent the phenomenon, it was made the form which distributes stress.
The 6mm stroker rod is special product which can use with 3.8L crank shaft. You can increase displacement volume as an NA engine by using the high compression piston with this product.

BILLET CRANK SHAFT
The JUN crankshaft made from shaving has flexibility in a design as compared with a forge product. A high rigidity and balance rate help acceleration with no stumble, accordingly it is able to build a high response engine.
This crank shaft extends 6mm. You can increase displacement volume by using the special rod for this product.

HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFT
This camshaft was ground from forged material. The form (profile) will become the best logically because cam design has flexibility by grinding from material.

- The camshaft which is 11.0mm or higher lift of the profile needs to use uprated valve springs. You need to prepare application valve spring separately.
REINFORCED VALVE GUIDE
The JUN Racing Valve Guide is improved its strength and heat conduction by using raw material, phosphorus-bronze. This therefore avoid the any damage from high rotation of tuned engine. We recommend our valve guides when you overhaul your cylinder head.
