　誰もが車を持つことが夢であった時代から、一家に一台以上の車を持てる時代へと、戦後50年で大きく変様してまいりました。車というものに対する意識も大きく変わったと認識しなくてはなりません。各自動車メーカーは、走行性能だけでなく安全性・環境対応等々について、最先端技術を駆使して、より多くの人々に受け入れられる車造りを競っております。
　これを異なった観点、言い換えれば私たちの観点に立ってみると、走行性能を上げるチューニングという領域では、コンピュータ制御によるきわめてエンジン性能の限界に近いところでのチューニングが求められていることであり、修理という領域においては、ボディの骨格構造まで及ぶ損傷の修理という、複雑で難しい技術内容となってきていることです。つまり、車の存在そのものに対する価値観の高かった時から、手軽に売買できる時代へと、車の価値意識は下がって来ているのに反して、私たちの行っている仕事の内容は、より高度な先端技術と整備を必要とするものとなって来ているのです。軽い事故や簡単な修理と思われるものでも、依頼された内容について完全に満足してもらえるものとするには、新しい技術の習得と実践における日々の勉強と努力が要求され、それを怠った人は置き去られてしまうことを意味します。

Due to the high costs involved in the work we do, we believe we have to perform with a skill level that corresponds to demand. Given the trust and the expectations of our customers, demonstrated by the fact that they have chosen JUN, we work hard to exceed their expectations. That is our commitment. It is not something that can be taught. It must be learnt what from hands-on experience, and is a challenge all of us face here at JUN. At present, there are close to 100 people working in all of our factories, and each has learned this tough lesson. The technology and the software they have built up over a long period will power the future development of JUN.

　私達は高額な費用をもって依頼された仕事に対して、それ相当の内容とレベルの仕事をしなくてはなりません。更に言えば、JUNを選び、依頼したという期待と信頼に対しては、それにプラスアルファの仕上がりでなくてはなりません。これが私達のモットーです。それを意識し身につけるには他人から教わるだけでなく、自分で見つけだし、体得すること以外にないのです。何処で満足するか、自分との戦いといえます。現在、各工場で働いている100名近い人々は、いずれかの場面で、このような戦いに勝ち残って来た人達です。私は彼らを誇りに思います。彼らが時間をかけて築いた目に見えない技術とソフトの大きさは、これからのJUNの発展にとって大きな跳躍台となることは明らかです。
　JUNの歩んできた実績は、既に多くの方々は御存知であろうと考えます。しかし、それらはまだまだきちっと組織だった企業としての戦略に基づいてなされて来たものは少ないと言えます。今後は、組織としての様々なトライを重ねることにより、高機能部品製作・チューニング・ボディリペア等の範疇を超えたユニークな存在感のある企業として、位置付けられる会社とすることが、社員一同の目標であります。
