FORGED ALUMINUM PISTON KIT

We got the cooperation of the Wössner GmbH in Germany, and expanded the line-up of the piston. This W series is an excellent product in the cost performance. It is an excellent piston in the durability because it is the design which has a few loads that heat efficiency was put on the emphasis. We made many types of vehicle and bore size. A choice in your needs will be able to be done.

HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFT

This camshaft was ground from forged material which was designed for 4B11 engine. The form (profile) will become the best logically because cam design has flexibility by grinding from material.

CAMSHAFT KIT

You can choose the camshaft kit by your driving stage. The camshaft kit includes reinforced valve spring which is necessary part for high street spec any more. The camshaft can choose from the regular camshaft series.

REINFORCED VALVE SPRING

The JUN reinforced valve spring with which the load optimal at the time of a set and a valve lift is acquired was manufactured. Even when the amount of valve lifts increases by using a high cam, since the adhesion margin is secured enough, the JUN valve springs does not have degradation and its durability is also improving.

TITANIUM VALVE RETAINER

It is required for tuned engine to make a movement part light. The role of a retainer is a stopper for valve springs, retainer needs to be extremely strong and lightweight for reliability and engine response. The JUN Titanium Valve Retainer has been developed with emphasis on both strength and weight in mind. Furthermore, the Type2 valve retainer is performing the special surface treatment. And compared with Type1 (conventional article), wear resistance of it improved very much.

REINFORCED VALVE GUIDE

The JUN Racing Valve Guide is improved its strength and heat conduction by using raw material, phosphorus-bronze. This therefore avoid the any damage from high rotation of tuned engine. We recommend our valve guides when you overhaul your cylinder head.

BAFFLED OIL PAN

In the race scene to repeat rapidly acceleration, slowdown, and turn, a strainer cannot suck in oil with the stock oil pan without partitions because lubricating oil has always clustered on one side of the oil pan. This baffled oil pan always can keep a strainer into the oil surface because it prevents to lean the oil by making a partition in an oil pan.

FORGED CHROMOLY FLYWHEEL

JUN could achieve manufacturing its original flywheels about 200% more strength compared with normal flywheels. It was forged using Chrome-molybdenum steel. The power of inertia rotation can be decreased by reducing the excess weight, and therefore, its strength directly passed through to the high response.

SINGLE SPORT CLUTCH KIT

The JUN clutch kits can strengthen your drive train all at once because all of our clutch kit contains clutch disc, clutch cover, and lightweight flywheel. Our new lineups which are the clutch disc and the clutch cover have strength enough for the race scene.

MODIFIED INTAKE MANIFOLD

This intake manifold can install the high flow fuel injectors which is necessary to build the high power engine. And, this product contains necessary parts to install third-party injectors. The injectors which is available for this product are 650cc, 800cc, and 1000cc manufactured by SARD. A fuel delivery pipe can use a stock product as it is.

BIG THROTTLE BODY

This big throttle body increased 20% of the air flow more than a stock part by expansion of throttle diameter. Basically, you need to send your throttle body to us because we modify your throttle body. We can prepare a brand-new throttle body as the other choices.

UPRATED TURBO ACTUATOR

This is an uprated turbo actuator which can adjust working pressure from 1.0 to 1.3 kgf/cm². This turbo actuator will prevent declining of boost pressure when high rev and boost. You can install by bolt-on because the actuator is designed by same form as a factory one.

ALUMINUM BLOW OFF PIPE

This blow off pipe kit will improve the pressure loss and come off pipes by exchanging to aluminium pipes and silicone hoses from stock rubber hoses. The atmosphere of the engine room is favored by buffing aluminium pipes and silicone hoses.

STAINLESS EXHAUST MANIFOLD

This is an Exhaust Manifold compatible with factory one made by stainless. We devised pipe shape and a diameter not to disturb a flow of exhaust emission and reviewed balance between exhaust flow quantity and exhaust pressure. As a result, start of a turbo in the whole rev became smooth.

TURBOCHARGER SETUP KIT

The Turbocharger Setup Kit will soup up your Lancer Evolution X very much. This kit realizes an incomparable performance with the stock turbocharger because the TD06SH-25G which has the latent ability of 500 whp can use. JUN Evo X which was our demonstration car showed really 630 whp with our Custom Kit EX2.3L.

* The turbocharger, the wastegate, air cleaner, and air-flow adapter are not contained. Prepare them separately referring to the above.

UPRATED OIL THERMOSTAT

This oil thermostat prevents to decrease oil flow through oil cooler by insufficient shutting up of the valve.

ALUMINUM RADIATOR PIPE KIT

This radiator pipe kits will improve durability by exchanging to aluminium pipes and silicone hoses from stock rubber hoses. And, the upper pipe kit has advantage for racing scene which required severe control of temperature because it has a boss of water temperature sensor.

RADIATOR CAP

This radiator cap uprates the pressure of release valve. That result, boiling point of coolant is raised by increases pressure of piping. By this, it raises the cooling efficiency of the radiator, and will repress overheat.

SPORT COMPUTER

This computer is a boost-up ECU. You will be able to get a big performance by the boost-up, an optimized fuel and ignition map, and removing speed limit.

SIDE SILLS FOAMING URETHANE KIT

This new reinforcement method makes high rigidity feel simply, so that it reverses old common sense. The car which performed urethane body reinforcement can feel the difference, when it get in and departs, you feel a motion of a car.
